No one is turned away from the PlayGarden or its programs because of financial need. To keep costs down, we rely on donations of cash, goods, and services. The PlayGarden is grateful to the many businesses and individuals who have donated during our first years. The PlayGarden is a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations may be tax-deductible as allowable by law.

A core principle of the PlayGarden is that children with special needs have a right to play alongside their typically developing siblings and friends. Inclusive programs offer children of all abilities access to safe outdoor recreation space that is accommodating, nurturing, and encourages their potential.

Our New Tree Fort Lookout deck will allow wheelchair access to the Wild Zone.
A large deck will be constructed off the sidewalk and extend out over a section of hillside.
A large stand of evergreen trees will be incorporated in the deck giving the space a "Swiss Family Robinson" tree house like feel.
